I had no idea it was fat tuesday today, but completely enjoyed an apple cinnamon paczki in the morning at work. Then, my wonderful husband stopped by after lunch with a box of 4 raspberry paczki to say "Did you know it was Fat Tuesday?!" with a huge smile on his face. I had to enjoy half of that one too! So, I definatley had a "fat" tuesday.
